Minrav Yam project

A project located on the corner of Sokolov and Jerusalem streets in downtown Bat Yam.

The project is planned for the construction of 220 housing units on two 30-story towers each, above a commercial floor and a masonry floor that maintains a textured construction accompanied by a street and an active urban wall. The project is located close to the beach and the bustling promenade of the city of Bat Yam.

The mix of apartments for sale in the project will be 3-4-5 rooms and penthouses. Most of the apartments in the project will enjoy a sea view.

As part of creating a green residential environment, the project will contain indoor public areas on the ground floor and a protected open public area for the welfare of the residents.

The plans are in the final stages of receiving building permits for the project.
