In the TMA 38 project, reinforcement and addition that is in advanced stages of construction and delivery is expected in about 8 months (contractual commitment for July 2021). This is a small project with the addition of only 2 apartments.
A 3-room apartment (approximately 61 square meters of steel) on the 4th floor for NIS 3,200,000 with a sea view, and a penthouse apartment of 124 sq.m. + 27 sq.m.

The entrepreneurial / contracting company is Hakshuri, a company that has built more than 25,000 housing units in Israel, as well as a large number of urban renewal projects in Tel Aviv and Gush Dan in general.
